INTERNAL RULES (GENERAL VERSION)
? Introduction
This internal regulation defines the organizational, operational, and disciplinary rules applicable to all activities provided by JM GLOBAL.
JM GLOBAL operates professional training activities as well as administrative support services for companies and international projects.
This regulation applies to any person participating in an activity organized by JM GLOBAL, regardless of format (in-person, online, or hybrid).
JM GLOBAL is a professional training organization registered with DREETS Île-de-France and certified QUALIOPI for its professional training activities.
? A specific internal regulation for trainees in professional training programs is also available in order to comply with the regulatory framework of professional training activities (Qualiopi).
? Scope
This regulation applies to all activities organized by JM GLOBAL, including:
• professional training programs
• workshops and educational sessions
• administrative and support services
• services related to international and business projects
? Organization of activities
Participants agree to comply with:
• scheduled timetables
• pedagogical or organizational instructions
• professional behavior standards
• applicable safety rules
? Training and participation
Within training activities:
• attendance and active participation may be required
• assessments may be carried out
• learners must follow the pedagogical methods defined by trainers
? Support and services
JM GLOBAL may provide administrative or organizational support services as part of its activities.
These services are strictly limited to coordination and assistance purposes and do not constitute:
• regulated tax advice
• chartered accounting services
• legal consulting
? International and business activities
Some activities may be related to international projects or business administrative needs.
Participants must comply with the procedures defined by JM GLOBAL and its partners.
⚖️ Health, safety and discipline
Health, safety, and discipline rules apply to all locations where JM GLOBAL activities take place.
Any behavior disrupting the smooth running of activities may result in appropriate measures.
? Use of documents
All documents provided within JM GLOBAL activities are strictly for personal and professional use within the scope of the services delivered.
⚖️ Final provisions
This internal regulation may be modified at any time by JM GLOBAL to ensure compliance and adaptation to the evolution of its activities.
INTERNAL RULES – TRAINEES
ARTICLE 1:
This internal regulation is established in accordance with Articles L.6352-3, L.6352-4 and R.6352-1 to R.6352-15 of the French Labour Code. It applies to all trainees for the entire duration of the training program attended.
ARTICLE 2: DISCIPLINE, DRESS CODE AND BEHAVIOR
Participants are required to attend the training center in appropriate attire and to maintain appropriate and respectful behavior towards all persons present.
It is strictly forbidden for trainees to:
Introduce alcoholic beverages into JM Global premises;
Smoke inside JM Global premises, in accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006 prohibiting smoking in all enclosed and covered public or workplace areas;
Attend training sessions under the influence of alcohol;
Remove or modify training materials;
Change computer settings;
Eat in training rooms;
Use mobile phones during training sessions.
ARTICLE 3: SCHEDULES – ABSENCES AND LATENESS
Training schedules are set by JM Global and communicated to participants in the training invitation.
Trainees must attend all scheduled sessions with punctuality and regular attendance.
In case of absence or lateness, participants must inform the trainer or JM Global administration and provide justification.
For VIP courses, participants must notify at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise the session may be charged.
When trainees are employees under a training plan, JM Global must inform the employer of any absence.
Unjustified absence or lateness may lead to disciplinary action.
Attendance sheets must be signed regularly by trainees (half-day basis) and countersigned by the trainer.
Participants are also required to complete pre-training forms, intermediate evaluations, and end-of-training satisfaction surveys.
ARTICLE 4: ACCESS TO ROOMS
Access to classrooms other than the assigned training room, as well as administrative offices, is prohibited.
Unless expressly authorized by JM Global management, participants may not:
Enter or remain in the premises for any purpose other than training;
Bring in or facilitate entry of external persons or goods intended for sale.
ARTICLE 5: HYGIENE AND SAFETY
Prevention of accidents and health risks requires full compliance with all applicable hygiene and safety rules.
General and specific safety instructions in force at JM Global must be strictly respected.
When training takes place at external sites, the safety rules of JM Global still apply unless otherwise stated.
ARTICLE 5-BIS: COVID-19 CONTEXT
In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, participants must follow national health guidelines based on five principles:
Physical distancing
Barrier gestures
Limiting group mixing
Cleaning and disinfection of premises and equipment
Communication and awareness
Participants must also:
Inform JM Global and not attend training in case of symptoms, positive test, or contact case;
Bring their own personal mask;
Wear a mask during the entire training session;
Wash hands regularly;
Maintain at least 1 meter distance from others;
Cough or sneeze into elbow or tissue;
Avoid handshakes and physical greetings;
Use disposable tissues and discard them properly;
Avoid gatherings and unnecessary movement;
Respect maximum room capacity rules.
The trainer has been informed of this protocol and safety measures.
ARTICLE 6: FIRE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
All persons present must comply with fire safety instructions.
Fire equipment must only be used for emergency purposes and must not be obstructed or misused.
ARTICLE 7: ACCIDENTS
Any accident occurring during training must be immediately reported to JM Global management.
In accordance with Article R 6342-3 of the Labour Code, accidents occurring during training, travel to or from the training center, must be declared by JM Global to the social security authorities.
ARTICLE 8: USE OF EQUIPMENT AND DOCUMENTS
Participants must maintain all equipment in good condition.
Equipment must only be used for training purposes.
Personal use is strictly prohibited.
Copying or duplicating software, videos or training materials is prohibited by law.
Any violation may engage the responsibility of the participant.
ARTICLE 9: LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE
JM Global declines all responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into training premises.
ARTICLE 10: SANCTIONS AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE
Any misconduct may lead to the following sanctions in increasing order:
Written warning
Reprimand
Permanent exclusion from training
Procedure:
No sanction may be imposed without written notification of the alleged misconduct.
When JM Global considers disciplinary action, the trainee is summoned by registered letter or hand-delivered notice.
The trainee may be assisted during the meeting by a person of their choice.
A decision may not be taken less than one day or more than 15 days after the interview.
JM Global will inform the employer and/or funding body if applicable.
ARTICLE 11: COMPLAINTS
All stakeholders (clients, trainees, trainers) may submit complaints regarding JM Global training activities.
Complaints may be submitted:
Orally (phone or in person), recorded by JM Global staff;
By post to:

Each complaint will be processed and answered within a reasonable timeframe.
ARTICLE 12: ENTRY INTO FORCE
This internal regulation is permanently displayed in JM Global premises, extranet space, and website:
http://www.jmglobal.fr/pages/reglement-interieur-stagiaires.html
It is also included in the Welcome Pack and sent with the training contract.
The training contract includes the following statement:
“I acknowledge that I have received, read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions (http://www.jmglobal.fr/about/cgv/) and the Internal Rules (http://www.jmglobal.fr/pages/reglement-interieur-stagiaires.html), provided as part of the Welcome Pack annexed to this agreement.”
This regulation enters into force upon publication on the JM Global website.
When training is delivered in a company already having its own internal regulations, the health and safety rules of that company prevail.
