JM GLOBAL services include professional training, business services, administrative support, accounting services, and immigration and integration services.

The applicable withdrawal rights depend on the nature of the signed agreement:

• For professional training contracts concluded with individuals, a 10-day withdrawal period may apply under Article L6353-5 of the French Labour Code.

• For distance or off-premises contracts with consumers, a 14-day withdrawal period may apply under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

• For business-to-business services (B2B), withdrawal, cancellation or termination conditions are defined contractually in the quotation, agreement, or contract signed between the parties.

Definitions of distance and off-premises contracts are those provided by French consumer law.
